Move cleans are different from regular cleans. The home is empty (or close to it), so we get into spaces normally hidden — behind appliances, inside cabinets, the corners furniture covered for years.

For move-outs, we focus on what landlords look at: cabinets inside and out, appliance interiors, baseboards, bathrooms. For move-ins, we make sure the home is yours from night one — no leftover from the last people there.

Move cleans are a full deep clean of an empty (or near-empty) home. Includes everything below.

All cabinets inside and outside (kitchen, bath, bedroom)
Appliance interiors: oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher
Baseboards, door frames, trim, switch plates
All bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, grout
All floors: vacuumed and mopped
Closets cleaned out (assumes empty)
Window interiors (on request)
Walls spot-cleaned (heavy marks discussed in advance)

Carpet shampooing — we vacuum but don't shampoo
Outside windows or exterior cleaning — not included

Move-outs: we clean after the truck leaves. Move-ins: before yours arrives. We coordinate around your timeline.

Walk-through and handoff

Move-outs: we send photos of finished areas if you've already left. Move-ins: we walk the home with you.

How long does a move clean take?

A 1-bedroom apartment is usually 3–4 hours; a 4-bedroom house can be 6–8. We'll give you a range when you send your home details.

Will this be enough for my landlord's inspection?

In most cases yes. Our move-out clean targets exactly what landlords look for. If your lease has unusual requirements, share them with us and we'll cover them.

Can I be at the home during the clean?

Yes. For move-outs, many customers leave us a key and check in by phone. For move-ins, owners often want to be there.

Do you clean garages, basements, or balconies?

Garages and balconies are add-ons — tell us in advance. Basements vary; we'll discuss when you send your home details.

What if I need this done last-minute?

We can sometimes accommodate next-day requests. Call us directly for fastest scheduling.
