About Da Kine Cleaning
Da Kine Cleaning is a family-run cleaning service founded in 2024, serving Sherman Oaks, the San Fernando Valley, and Edwards AFB-area communities. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, our online estimate form, by phone, by text, or by email, we may collect the following:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your home or property address (or general neighborhood)
- Details about your space — size, number of rooms, type of cleaning, scheduling preferences, pets, allergies, or special requests
- Notes from our communication with you (text messages, emails, voicemail)
- Basic, anonymous website usage data (see Cookies and analytics below)
How we use it
We use the information you share with us to:
- Respond to your estimate request
- Schedule and provide cleaning service
- Communicate about appointments, changes, or questions
- Bill for services rendered
- Improve our service over time
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not share your contact information with third-party marketers.
- We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
Service providers we use
We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to operate our business. Each provider only receives the information it needs to do its job:
- Tally (tally.so) hosts the estimate-request form on our contact page. When you submit the form, the information is sent to Tally's servers, which forward the submission to us.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) hosts this website and provides our basic analytics. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (IP address, browser type) to deliver the site and protect against abuse.
- We may also use providers for email, scheduling, accounting, or payment processing. We do not transfer your information outside these operational uses.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites, and does not collect personal information. We use it to see roughly how many people visit, where they come from, and which pages they read. The site does not set advertising cookies.
Our homepage embeds a Google Map showing our service area. When you load that page, Google may set its own cookies in your browser to deliver the map and measure its usage. Those cookies are governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. If you would prefer not to load the map, you can browse the rest of the site without visiting the homepage map section.
Do Not Track signals
Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals to websites. Because there is no industry-standard way to interpret these signals, this website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do, however, limit our own tracking to the privacy-friendly analytics described above.
How long we keep information
We retain customer records (estimates, invoices, communications) for as long as needed to run the business and to comply with tax and accounting requirements. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll remove what we can.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we have on file about you
- Update or correct your information
- Delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
- Stop contacting you

If you live in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
